A summer experiment.

We imagine a future where people take more vacation time during the warm summer months to recharge, connect with family, and focus on personal projects. What if it became normal for workers in Canada to take month-long holidays during the summer? What would that mean for overall productivity? What would it mean for local economic development? What would it mean for overall health and wellbeing?

Well, we’re going to experiment with this idea, taking the entire month of August off. We plan to hike, canoe, swim, read, bike, run, draw, sing and sleep in. We’ll report back in September on our findings.
