Executive Training.
The world is changing rapidly. Your organization needs to respond to present day challenges while also anticipating and imagining unexpected changes and new paths forward.
Longer-term planning in today’s volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment requires new leadership competencies, designed to anticipate and plan for possible disruptions that may unfold over the next 10, 20 or 30 years. Futures and foresight literacy presents an opportunity to enable responsiveness to potential future situations and contexts.
While futures literacy is not traditionally a core competency for leadership, a recent study that interviewed over 140 CEOs from around the world identified that futurist is one of most critical skills leaders must master.
